All orders received Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following working day. Orders received Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched the next working day. Subject to stock availability.
Most deliveries will be made by Royal Mail, but for larger and heavier items an alternative courier will be used. We pay for a next working day courier service to UK mainland but unfortunately couriers don't guarantee this so extra time must be allowed. Delivery to the Highlands and Islands takes up to an extra 2 days. Delivery will be attempted according to the terms and conditions of the courier. Any subsequent delivery attempts or refusal is the responsibility of the customer and as such all charges incurred by us will be passed on to the customer.
Goods can be returned to us within 14 days of purchase, in their original packaging and in saleable condition, for a full refund or exchange for the following reasons:
If the product is faulty (an inspection will be carried out)
If the wrong item has been dispatched
If you have ordered the wrong item. Please note that as per the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations the cost of return postage is at your own expense.
