Description
STIHL’s first cordless garden pruner, designed for a wide range of uses –from pruning to DIY.
Powered by the new AS 2 battery*, this pruner is part of the AS System and is a great choice for pruning trees and shrubs, cutting up garden waste, and building with wood.
It comes fitted with a 20cm/8” bar and 1/4" PM3 saw chain for excellent cutting performance and powerful cuts.
The GTA 26 working time is approx. 25 mins working time/ 80 cuts of 4cm timber on one charge.
This pruner is comfortable to use, thanks to it’s rubberised handles which allow for easy and accurate control.
You can also replace the chain without the need for any tools. The chain needs to be manually lubricated before working with bio oil –there is no oil tank.
A protective hood is fitted above the bar to ensure safety in use and the handy charge-level indicator let’s you keep an eye on the battery capacity at all times.
*NOTE: The AS 2 battery works exclusively with the products in the AS System and is not compatible with the HSA 25.

Delivery
All orders received Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following working day. Orders received Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched the next working day. Subject to stock availability.
Most deliveries will be made by Royal Mail, but for larger and heavier items an alternative courier will be used. We pay for a next working day courier service to UK mainland but unfortunately couriers don't guarantee this so extra time must be allowed. Delivery to the Highlands and Islands takes up to an extra 2 days. Delivery will be attempted according to the terms and conditions of the courier. Any subsequent delivery attempts or refusal is the responsibility of the customer and as such all charges incurred by us will be passed on to the customer.
Returns
Goods can be returned to us within 14 days of purchase, in their original packaging and in saleable condition, for a full refund or exchange for the following reasons:
- If the product is faulty (an inspection will be carried out)
- If the wrong item has been dispatched
- If you have ordered the wrong item. Please note that as per the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations the cost of return postage is at your own expense.
